Terms of participation

A prerequisite for participation in the Forum is to read and sign a notice of aquaitance with the Code of Ethics of the participant of the Russian Grain Forum.
The price includes attendance at all business program events, a set of materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and buffet.

Gala dinner

Terms of participation

The gala dinner IS NOT INCLUDED in the delegate package and is charged separately

Price: 0 roubles (including VAT 22%) and for Union members - 0 roubles

You may only register and pay for the gala dinner in your account

After the participation fee is paid

Only Forum participants shall be admitted to the gala dinner

The number of seats at the gala dinner is limited

Registration shall be closed upon reaching the limit

Payment for the gala dinner will be processed

By the Business Communications Agency (authorized agent)

The gala dinner will be billed only after the registration fee is paid

The number of guests, representing the company, shall not exceed the number of delegates that paid the registration fee

Application

If you are interested in participating, click the «Register» button and fill out the form. After registration, an email with a username and password for logging into your personal account will be sent to the specified email address.

The application status will be displayed in your personal account in real time. The Organizing Committee will review the application, and if approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum by email.

The application review period is 2-3 business days
The Organizing Committee has the right, without giving reasons, to refuse an invitation to participate to the person who submitted the application
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to close the registration for the Forum ahead of schedule when the limit of participants is reached

Payment

The invoice for the registration fee will be sent by the Organization Committee

to the account and the e-mail address specified when registered upon approval of the application

The status of the application in the account will be changed to “paid” when the invoice is settled.

This will serve as a confirmation of your participance in the Russian Grain Forum 2026

The delegates’ badges will be available after getting registered directly at the venue.

The invoice for the Gala Dinner will be prepared and submitted after the invoice for participating in the Forum is settled
