Payment
The invoice for the registration fee will be sent by the Organization Committee to the account and the e-mail address specified when registered upon approval of the application.
The status of the application in the account will be changed to “paid” when the invoice is settled. This will serve as a confirmation of your participance in the Russian Grain Forum 2025.
The delegates’ badges will be available after getting registered directly at the venue. Acceptance of the Code of Ethics of the Russian Grain Forum is mandatory before getting the badge.
The invoice for the Gala Dinner will be prepared and submitted after the invoice for participating in the Forum is settled.
The number of guests for the Gala Dinner cannot exceed the number of delegates from the company.
